For Frostologie, clean means thoughtfully formulated products made with high-quality ingredients and without compromising performance.
Where can I find the ingredients for your products?
You can find the full ingredient list on each product page under the "Ingredients" tab.
How should I store my products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat to maintain the best formula quality.
Are your products suitable for sensitive lips/skin?
While our formulas are made with thoughtfully selected ingredients, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully if you have sensitivities or allergies. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we hope to expand internationally in the future.
Where else can I find your products?
Our products are exclusively available at Frostologie.com. You can also discover more content and updates on our TikTok and Instagram pages.
After placing my order, when will it ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3 – 5 business days. Please note this is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
I have not received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 – 48 hours due to high demand. If you still haven't received your confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at danielle@frostologie.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
Please log in to your account to check your order status. If you checked out as a guest, refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Frostologie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, please reach out and we'll try to assist where possible.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders cancellation is only eligible within 2 hours after the order has been placed. AFTER 2 hours the order will be processed for shipping.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact danielle@frostologie.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Frostologie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly provide a replacement. Please email us photos of the product so we can assist you promptly.
